Her work in hypnosis and hypnotherapy is diverse, and includes clinical use of hypnosis designed to empower her clients in areas ranging from the stresses and problems of their everyday lives, to past life regressions, and Self-Hypnosis training.

She has also been certified as a hypnocoach by Dr. Lisa Halpin. In 2012 she was certified as Virtual Band Gastro hypnotist. This means that she can help people lose weight through power of the mind rather than a physical operation. Most recently she was in 2013 certified by Dr. Joan Beattie to do Beam Therapy™ and by Dr. Mike Mandel to do MindScaping.

Her expertise also includes Somatic Healing, Reconnective Healing, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), NGH, and Reiki, all of which offer powerful but simple solutions to a range of physical and emotional issues. She also offers NLP, which offers additional access to identifying self-limiting behaviors. These techniques are discussed at more length elsewhere on this site.

my HISTORY

I was born and raised in Denmark, where I began my career in radio and television. I worked in the broadcasting industry until moving to Canada in 1998.

For more than thirty years, I have also pursued a career in the healing arts, focusing on alternative health care and healing. By studying with some of the world's leading wellness experts, I continue my commitment to personal and professional growth so I can offer my clients the very best of the healing arts.

My studies have taken me to Denmark, the United States, Canada, and England, where I have had the privilege of learning from respected experts in alternative medicine, including Martin Brofman, Matthew Manning, and healer Geoff Boltwood in England.

In addition, I have studied the Silva Method and attended programs at Chris Griscom's Light Institute in New Mexico. I also continually update my education and skills as a hypnotist. My background in hypnosis is extensive. In 1999, I became a Certified Hypnotist through the National Guild of Hypnotists, and in 2000 I earned my certification as a Master Hypnotist through the Ontario Hypnosis Centre.

My goal and passion is to help people create positive change in their lives. I enjoy being part of the journey as they overcome challenges, discover new possibilities, and move closer to the person they would like to become. Nothing makes me happier than seeing a client achieve something they once thought was out of reach and realizing that they are capable of far more than they imagined possible.

I believe that lasting change often begins with a new understanding of ourselves. Through hypnosis, energy work, and other complementary approaches, I help clients explore possibilities for healing and personal growth. Every individual is unique, and my aim is always to provide a supportive environment where people can move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and purpose.

ONE OF MY INSIGHTS

Years ago I got a special message during meditation, I was told: 'The truth is.......that there is no truth.

Needless to say I was quite surprised to get this message however after having thought about it I understood the truth in that message.

Everything is relative.....as Einstein relates to in his theory of Relativity...
