EFT and Freedom

People like me in the field of healing, counseling, and recovery always find it exciting when a new trend comes. We attend workshops, read reports and experiment with these approaches.
However, every once in a while, we encounter an idea, an approach, a method that really feels right. Every once in a while, we encounter a groundbreaking therapy that encapsulates what we really believe in.

For me, that moment was when I encountered EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique.
That was my Eureka moment.
I felt – this is it! Years of doing counseling, coaching and therapy with clients here and in Denmark gave me enough reasons to believe that people have a lot of “unfreedoms” – past emotions and energies trapped in various parts of the body.
It makes so much sense to me that no matter how much you talk about it, these energies will not be removed until they are physically located and released from the body. And this is how EFT works – it is a form of emotional acupuncture.

Just do this simple test: you are doing a lot of thinking because of your problems.
Chances are you will experience headaches.
There is pain. Just press with your fingers and say what come to your mind regarding those parts which are painful. You will notice that you will start to feel relief.

That process is taken to a different level and is developed into a specific therapeutic method which is now called EFT.

My passion for people’s empowerment, my capacity to understand the intricacies of human nature, and my intuition for physical and spiritual healing all find their expression in this method.
And those who have experienced this can attest that it is one of the best healing techniques today.
