Achieving Interior Freedom Using EFT

In a rare but welcome development, Time Magazine declared as Person of the Year the Protester – the common and ordinary member of the masses who trooped the streets and squares all over the world in order to be achieving something that unites the world: Freedom. Freedom from dictators.
Freedom from economic sabotage. Freedom from tyranny.

All of us desire freedom.
But not all of us are aware that inside of us are factors that continue to enslave us and stop us from growing towards our maximum potentials: fears, pains, trauma, and habits.
We may not be able to achieve this freedom by simply protesting, but we can work hard so that we can be free internally.

One of the best tools to achieve interior freedom is a process called EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique.
Not to undermine the usefulness of therapy and counselling and other interventions, but it is also known that some people go through decades of therapy but remain in their fear and wounds.

One of the reasons is that most of these negative energies are stored in different parts of the body.
Even if we talk about this for decades, these energies, when not released, continue to affect us and even dictate our behaviours.
The fears, when triggered, can defeat our strongest resolves.
So, the best solution is to release these energies from our bodies.

Such is the gift of EFT. It is a non-invasive, non-threatening but faster approach to gain interior freedom.
But to fully understand EFT, you have to visit a train and certified EFT therapist who can explain to you the details of this process.
