The Benefits of EFT
by/margit cathrine moller

Results!

That is the word that we in the modern world are concerned about. People always inquire about results, especially if it concerns their body and their health. And that is why every time I introduce a new therapy called Emotional Freedom Technique, clients will always ask: what are the benefits? Well, I can summarize the benefits in three words: painless, powerful and pocket-friendly.

EFT is a painless method of returning to harmony the mind, body, and emotions of a person so that he or she is free from negative emotions. Contrary to fears, the process which is a form of emotional acupuncture works so gentle and doesn’t cause any pain.

Our body stores those negative emotions as energies – whether they are results of trauma, crisis, stresses, accidents, tensions etc. These negative emotions limit of flow of life energy in our system and have adverse effects on our body. EFT helps in releasing these negative emotions and resolving the problem.

EFT is powerful. It combines treatment to physiological or psychological problems by tapping specific acupressure points with fingers. It is you who taps yourself and therefore you have full control of your body. All I do is to guide you where to tap and also what to say as you tap. EFT is so powerful that it can help in trauma treatment, pain management, addiction recovery etc.

EFT is pocket-friendly. By that, I mean it is cost efficient. It doesn’t require the purchase of additional equipment.
There is no need to pay additional fees for residential treatments.
You can even do it at home.

Ever since then man's success or failure has been dependent on the one he used most."

Anyone can carry his burden, however hard, until nightfall. Anyone can do his work, however hard, for one day. Anyone can live sweetly, patiently, lovingly, purely, till the sun goes down. And this is all life really means.

Never make your home in a place. Make a home for yourself inside your own head. You'll find what you need to furnish it - memory, friends you can trust, love of learning, and other such things. That way it will go with you wherever you journey.
